Lend A Hand Society is honored to be a recipient of a Safety Net Grant from The Boston Foundation. As one of 20 organizations selected by the Boston Foundation staff and a community-led process, LAH will receive $50,000 over two years for program support. The Boston Foundation funds will allow LAH to provide a greater number of emergency assistance grants to individuals and families who are experiencing housing insecurity and difficulty meeting their basic expenses.
