More than 25 LAH donors and friends gathered at the home of hosts Elizabeth and Stephen Kendrick for Lend A Hand Society’s Fall Donor Celebration in September 2019. LAH welcomed special guest Kenneth Woodcock, whose inspiring speech told of the restoration of Hale House in Matunuck, RI and of his collection of Hale Family Art. Nancy Cooper, LAH Executive Director, and Nancy Inui, LAH President, spoke about LAH history and programs expressing gratitude for the Woodcock donation launching the LAH marketing and social media program. Guests enjoyed a wine-tasting prepared by board member Bill Gregor and wonderful hors d’oeuvres.
